A graduate of the CFAIE in Val-de-Reuil in 2015, Alexandre began his career at the Moulin de la Reillère under the tutelage of Pascal Courtois, then master of the place.
After rigorous training, Alexandre headed to Paris, 1st arrondissement, to work for Alain Dutournier, then chef of the Carré des Feuillants, 1 star in the Michelin Guide.
Back at the Moulin de la Reillère since 2020, it was in 2024 that Alexandre officially took over the reins of the establishment, surrounded by a young and creative team. His varied, fresh and seasonal cuisine will surprise your taste buds. The Moulin de la Reillère serves elegant and gourmet dishes, reflecting its high standards.
22 years old, cook, graduate of a professional certificate from the CFAIE of Val-de-Reuil (27), apprentice then employee of the restaurant since 2022.
Bryan's role includes preparing desserts and cooking.

Emma is notably in charge of the preparation of starters and the presentation of desserts.
